Amanda Donegan, Barre Instructor
Amanda got hooked on barre classes in 2012 and has been teaching since 2014. She loves barre classes because they require so much focus that the whole hour is just about you and what you are doing in that moment. It's a great stress reliever to tune out everything else. She believes that exercise is important for mental health as well as physical health. She likes to turn up the music and have fun during class. When not at the barre, she's spending time with her husband, two boys and two cats.
