YOUTH PRICING:
DiscoverDance or KinderCombo: $65 per month
One (1) class: $80 per month
Two (2) classes: $150 per month
Three (3) classes: $210 per month
Four (4) classes: $260 per month
Five (5) classes: $300 per month
Unlimited classes: $350 per month
YOUTH REGISTRATION:
A non-refundable fee of $25 per student or $40 per family is required at time of registration.
YOUTH PAYMENT OF FEES:
Season VI is 36 weeks of dance instruction from August 22, 2022 through May 25, 2023. Each month’s tuition is for four weeks of dance. Monthly tuition is $80 per class per student. Full tuition is due every month regardless of attendance and/or holidays. Monthly tuition is never prorated. One month’s tuition is due at the time of registration as a deposit. This will be used for the last month’s tuition of Season VI (May 2023). VERSA5 will not send monthly statements. Reminders will be sent out if payment is late. Deposits and monthly tuition are non-refundable. All student accounts must have a credit card on file. This card may be used for automatic payments (with authorization) or as a means to collect payment on delinquent tuition. All payments will cease at the season end and students must register for each session (Season VI August-May, summer session)
WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
WRITTEN NOTICE must be emailed to info@versa5.com by the 15th of the month prior to withdrawal to avoid tuition charges for the month. Tuition billed on the 1st of the month is not refundable. For example, if a student is withdrawing from class in December, notice must be given by November 15th. Automatic payment tuition will not be refunded if withdrawal notice is received after the 1st of the month.
YOUTH ATTENDANCE AND LATENESS:
Students who come late to class may be asked to sit and watch the class. The studio reserves the right to terminate lessons for repeated lateness or if a student misses more than four classes without written notice. Make-up classes are allowed for injury or illness only and must be made up within one month in the same or lower level class. No refunds will be given. Make-ups can be made up until January 26, 2023.
CARE OF STUDENTS:
The studio is not responsible for providing before or after-class care of students under 18 years. Students are not to be left at the studio for excessive periods of time before or after their classes.
PHOTO RELEASE:
The studio is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, website, posters, advertisements, and other promotional material the studio creates. Permission is also granted for the studio to copyright such photographs in its name.
YOUTH DRESS CODE:
All students must wear a cover-up to and from class. Proper dance wear is required for all classes. Students must wear comfortable form-fitting dance attire to display proper body alignment and allow for easy movement. No baggy t-shirts, baggy shorts, blue jeans, no jewelry or other inappropriate attire will be allowed. Hair should always be securely pulled away from the face.
(Failure to wear required dancewear to class may result in student being asked to sit out in class. Repeated failure to wear required dancewear can result in termination of lessons.)

Dance shoes are to be worn in the studio only and not worn outside.
DISCOVER WITH ME: Comfortable clothes to move, play and dance in. No jeans. Bare feet or ballet slippers only, please no socks.
DISCOVERDANCE (all levels): leotard dress, classic pink tights, and classic pink leather ballet shoes. Boys should wear black ballet leather shoes, shorts, and a white t-shirt.
KINDERCOMBO: leotard dress, classic pink tights, and classic pink leather ballet shoes. Boys should wear black ballet leather shoes, shorts, and a white t-shirt.
BALLET: Black leotard, classic pink tights, and classic pink ballet shoes. (Levels I and II require leather; Levels III, IV, and V require canvas.)
JAZZ: Black leotard, short or leggings, dark tan tights, and slip-on dark tan jazz shoes.
TAP: Black leotard, shorts or leggings, dark tan tights, and tap shoes. (KinderCombo and Level I require black leather mary jane tap shoes. Levels II, III, and IV/V require black tie tap shoes.)
MUSICAL THEATER: Black leotard, shorts or leggings, dark tan tights, and dark tan jazz shoes.
CONTEMPORARY: Leotard, shorts or leggings, convertible tights, and bare feet.
HIP HOP: Comfortable clothing and clean sneakers. (No baggy pants or jeans.)
BOYS HIP HOP: Comfortable clothing and clean sneakers (no baggy pants or jeans)
